In less urgent cases, your vet or nearby veterinary clinics will be able to help you during normal business hours.

If you would like to bring a found animal to us, please call us during our business hours on 0471 - 8 32 57. You can leave a message on our answering machine and we will call you back the next day at the latest.

If you would like to contact us about a found wild animal, we would like to point out as a precaution that we are not responsible for wild animals. Please understand that we have neither the in-depth knowledge nor the capacity to take in and care for squirrels, bats, etc. If it is an injured animal, we will support you in such exceptional cases, as long as our capacity allows. Of course, we will also help you to find a professional rehoming centre.
