The Bremerhaven animal shelter is happy about each Donation! We are financed almost exclusively by donations and are very grateful for your support.

Whether it's a chew bone, cat bed or rabbit cave - help us to take good care of our shelter pets and perhaps fulfil a special wish for them.
We are happy to receive pet food, pet accessories, towels and blankets. We do not accept conventional flea market items due to lack of space. We have summarised the items that are currently particularly needed at the Bremerhaven animal shelter in our "wish list".

There is a red donation box at the main entrance to the animal shelter. You can leave your donation here at any time. Of course, our donation box is emptied daily. Please only give us donations in kind that we can actually use. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot use defective or heavily soiled items or food that has already been opened. Thank you for your understanding.

For donations in kind, a donation receipt can only be issued if the items are new and the original purchase receipt with purchase price is available. If you would like a donation receipt, please contact our staff at the registration desk or leave a note in our letterbox.
