Genevieve arrived at our shelter along with some other hens. She arrived with a noticeably enlarged and watery crop. Following a diagnosis, a foreign body was identified, which was successfully removed during surgery. Unfortunately, her crop has not returned to normal. For this reason, it needs to be massaged at least twice a day. Most of the hens have now found new homes. Genevieve would now also like to move into a species-appropriate home together with her friend Rapunzel.

Rapunzel arrived at our shelter along with some other hens. Whilst all the other hens have already found lovely homes, Rapunzel has stayed at the shelter with her friend Genevieve to keep her company following her operation. Now the two of them are looking for a suitable home together.

Zorro is looking for a new home, together with Sanji. As well as the company of other birds, sufficient space to fly is essential for their welfare. The ideal arrangement would therefore be to house him in a large indoor aviary, preferably with the option of daily free flight around the home, or in a large outdoor aviary with an insulated shelter.

We currently have five rose-headed lizards living with us and they are now looking for a new home. They can move out alone, in pairs or as a group. Rosyheads are lovebirds and form a lifelong bond with their partner. A social partner is therefore essential. They also need plenty of space to fly and explore. It would therefore be ideal to house them in a large indoor aviary, preferably with the possibility of daily free flight indoors or in a large outdoor aviary with an insulated shelter.
